The baker wore a special dress called kabai, which was a long frock. He looked different and important in his dress. Bakers usually earned well and had a good life.

Even today, baking is still an important tradition in Goa. The author remembers these bakers with love and respect.

गोवा के जीवन में ब्रेड का बहुत महत्व था। यह रोज़ के खाने, त्योहारों और शादियों में उपयोग होती थी। कोई भी खास अवसर ब्रेड के बिना पूरा नहीं होता था। गरीब लोग भी अपने भोजन में ब्रेड का उपयोग करते थे।

बेकर्स एक खास कपड़ा पहनते थे जिसे कबाई कहा जाता था। यह एक लंबा फ्रॉक जैसा होता था। वे इस पोशाक में अलग और महत्वपूर्ण दिखते थे। बेकर्स अच्छी कमाई करते थे और उनका जीवन अच्छा होता था।

आज भी गोवा में बेकिंग की परंपरा जारी है। लेखक इन बेकर्स को प्यार और सम्मान के साथ याद करता है।

In the photograph her mother had gone for a sea holiday with two her cousins Betty and Dolly for paddling. Their uncle took a photograph of them. The Black Aeroplane “The Black Aeroplane” is a story about a pilot who is flying his old Dakota airplane DS 088 at night from Paris to London. He is happy because he wants to reach home and have a good breakfast with his family. The sky is clear at first, but soon he sees big dark storm clouds in front of him. He does not want to go back, so he decides to fly into the storm. Inside the storm, everything becomes dark and dangerous. The plane starts shaking, and the pilot cannot see anything.
