The poem “Fire and Ice” is written by Robert Frost. In this poem, the poet talks about how the world may end. Some people say that the world will end in fire, while others say that it will end in ice. The poet says that fire stands for strong desire, greed, and anger, while ice stands for hatred, coldness, and cruelty. He feels that both desire and hatred are very dangerous because they can destroy the world and human life. Through this poem, the poet gives the message that bad human emotions can destroy everything, so we should control them.

“Fire and Ice” कविता Robert Frost द्वारा लिखी गई है। इस कविता में कवि बताता है कि दुनिया का अंत कैसे हो सकता है। कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि दुनिया का अंत आग (fire) से होगा, जबकि कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि इसका अंत बर्फ (ice) से होगा। कवि के अनुसार आग का अर्थ है तीव्र इच्छा, लालच और क्रोध, जबकि बर्फ का अर्थ है घृणा, ठंडापन और क्रूरता। कवि मानता है कि इच्छा और घृणा दोनों बहुत खतरनाक हैं, क्योंकि ये दुनिया और मानव जीवन को नष्ट कर सकते हैं। इस कविता के माध्यम से कवि यह संदेश देता है कि मनुष्य की बुरी भावनाएँ सब कुछ बर्बाद कर सकती हैं, इसलिए हमें इन्हें नियंत्रित करना चाहिए।

In the photograph her mother had gone for a sea holiday with two her cousins Betty and Dolly for paddling. Their uncle took a photograph of them. Both the cousins were holding the hands of her mother who was the eldest among the girls. This was before the poetess was born. The Black Aeroplane “The Black Aeroplane” is a story about a pilot who is flying his old Dakota airplane DS 088 at night from Paris to London. He is happy because he wants to reach home and have a good breakfast with his family. The sky is clear at first, but soon he sees big dark storm clouds in front of him. He does not want to go back, so he decides to fly into the storm. Inside the storm, everything becomes dark and dangerous. The plane starts shaking, and the pilot cannot see anything. His compass stops working, and his fuel is almost finished. He becomes very afraid and thinks he will die. Suddenly, he sees another black aeroplane flying near him.
