The Black Aeroplane



“The Black Aeroplane” is a story about a pilot who is flying his old Dakota airplane DS 088 at night from Paris to London. He is happy because he wants to reach home and have a good breakfast with his family. The sky is clear at first, but soon he sees big dark storm clouds in front of him. He does not want to go back, so he decides to fly into the storm.

Inside the storm, everything becomes dark and dangerous. The plane starts shaking, and the pilot cannot see anything. His compass stops working, and his fuel is almost finished. He becomes very afraid and thinks he will die.

Suddenly, he sees another black aeroplane flying near him. The pilot of that plane signals him to follow. He follows the strange plane through the storm. After some time, he comes out of the clouds and safely lands at the airport.

After landing, he asks about the other plane. But the woman in the control room tells him that no other plane was flying that night. The pilot is surprised and wonders who helped him. The story shows mystery and the power of hope.

“The Black Aeroplane” एक पायलट की कहानी है जो रात में पेरिस से लंदन अपने पुराने डकोटा विमान में उड़ रहा होता है। वह खुश होता है क्योंकि वह घर जाकर अपने परिवार के साथ नाश्ता करना चाहता है। शुरुआत में आसमान साफ होता है, लेकिन जल्द ही उसे काले तूफानी बादल दिखते हैं। वह वापस नहीं जाना चाहता, इसलिए वह तूफान के अंदर चला जाता है।

तूफान के अंदर सब कुछ अंधेरा और खतरनाक हो जाता है। विमान हिलने लगता है और पायलट कुछ नहीं देख पाता। उसका कंपास काम करना बंद कर देता है और उसका ईंधन भी कम हो जाता है। वह बहुत डर जाता है।

अचानक उसे एक काला हवाई जहाज दिखता है। उस जहाज का पायलट उसे इशारा करता है कि वह उसका पीछा करे। वह उसका पीछा करता है और सुरक्षित बाहर निकलकर हवाई अड्डे पर उतर जाता है।

उतरने के बाद वह दूसरे विमान के बारे में पूछता है, लेकिन कंट्रोल रूम की महिला कहती है कि उस रात कोई और विमान नहीं था। पायलट हैरान हो जाता है। यह कहानी रहस्य और उम्मीद की शक्ति को दिखाती है।

In the photograph her mother had gone for a sea holiday with two her cousins Betty and Dolly for paddling. Their uncle took a photograph of them. Both the cousins were holding the hands of her mother who was the eldest among the girls. This was before the poetess was born.
